  • RICS Level 1 Report

    The level 1 report is a basic report aimed at conventional flats or houses that are new, or nearly new (less than five years old).

  • This report is not suitable for older properties. Please refer to the level 2 report below if the property is older than 5 years.

  • RICS Level 2 Report

    Formally known as the RICS HomeBuyers Report and suitable for properties in a reasonable condition that are older than 5 years.

  • Condition Ratings

    The level 2 survey consists of a visual inspection of the property to evaluate the overall condition of the building and highlight any defects such as dampness or structural defects. The clear and concise traffic light report will help the buyer make a reasoned and informed judgement on whether or not to proceed with the purchase.

  • Valuation

    The Level 2 Survey can be provided with an additional valuation report if needed.

Terraced-Houses
  • RICS Level 3 Report

    This level of report is for larger, older properties that have are in need of full renovation or if you are planning major works to the property.
